Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) ljljl account. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, ljljl Casino requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing any withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

Deposits are typically credited to your ljljl account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. ljljl does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond ljljl's control.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous sources are strictly prohibited. ljljl reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds if the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

3.2 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests can be made through your ljljl account Cashier at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name (e.g., your verified GCash or Maya account). Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash / Maya: Minimum ₱500, typically processed within 60 seconds
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Minimum ₱1,000, processed within 1-3 business days
• InstaPay: Minimum ₱500, processed within 1-24 hours

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Section 2.4). Withdrawals cannot be processed until identity verification is complete. ljljl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests (above ₱50,000) or withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering review protocols.

Withdrawal wagering requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a bonus condition. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000 and do not claim any bonus, you must place at least ₱1,000 in wagers before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

3.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

All ljljl Casino transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and may charge foreign exchange fees. ljljl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

For live dealer games, the hand or round will be completed without your further input, and results are final.

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your ljljl account, access to all platform features will be immediately revoked. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity or terms violations will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits may be refunded at ljljl's discretion after investigation, less any applicable administrative fees.
